We process orders placed before 14:00 UK time the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Please refer to our shipping policy for estimated postage times. Delivery speed will depend on the delivery service selected at check out for UK services. If you are experiencing delays and your hat has not arrived within 5 working days (UK only) please email team@mouja.com so that we can follow up on this.

Once the parcel has been posted you will be emailed with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye out for your new hat.

Orders placed before 14:00 UK time will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 14:00 will be shipped the following day. If you need to change your order please email team@mouja.com . If the order has been posted we cannot cancel the order but you can return unwanted items within 14 days.

You have 14 days to return your item in an unused condition with original packaging. To start a return you can contact us at team@mouja.com including your order number. Once your request is accepted please reuse the box that the item was received in to post back to Mouja Ltd. Return shipping fees need to be covered by the customer. We strongly recommend a tracked return to ensure your item(s) get back to us.

The hats were designed for head size between 50 and 62 cm when using all 6 D ring tabs. With lacing on the 4 D ring tabs a larger aperture is possible.
